Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Some items (e.g., personal care products) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at support@leafynexus.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


How to Return an Item

  3. Package your items securely and include your order number inside the package.
  4. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
